A Model of Assessment and Choice of a Pricing Strategy in Industrial Companies |

Published in the scientific journal of the Economic University - Varna on the thesis of the author. Analysis and evaluation of the pricing strategy of each company is based obshtofirmena achieving its goal and achieve long-term viability. In each case, coverage in the analysis of factors and indicators may change depending on the type of business. Each firm enters the market must comply with a set of factors and indicators of environment when choosing a particular pricing strategy alternative.
In modern business conditions, development increasingly determined based on large-scale corporate strategies to achieve competitive advantage in the market, detailed the main features of corporate governance. Important among them the loan pricing strategy, since it is most directly related to sales, and through them with the financial stability of the business unit. Simultaneously, pricing strategy outlines and adequate action to maintain / improve the ability to flexibly respond to changing market demand and profitability. At present the literature is not sufficiently detailed to address issues of pricing and its strategic nature. Used a limited range of methods for assessing and selecting pricing strategy, which for the most part are borrowed from strategic management or marketing research. The aim of this paper is to suggest a model for the assessment and choice of pricing strategy in industrial firms, price-based competitive advantages held by each industrial enterprise.
