In theory and practice of contemporary pricing is paying increasing attention to its strategic nature. This is determined by the fact that in recent decades in terms of a global economy, companies are increasingly to be put in competition issues and competitive advantages. Although there are authors who do not adopt pricing strategies as essential to gaining and maintaining competitive advantages of the company and growing - often deny price competition, it exists objectively, and develops and becomes increasingly profound and complex character. Therefore, we believe that issues related to pricing strategies are complex, multifaceted and precisely aimed at establishing a place of pricing strategy in company management, classification and characterization of the types of pricing strategies, the projection of the evaluation and selection of specific strategic pricing alternatives.
