Improving the competitiveness of Bulgarian industrial enterprises is an important problem whose solution is especially urgent in the context of a global economy and the impending accession of Bulgaria into the EU structures. This problem is caused by the fact that many companies adopt competitive advantages as static over time. Unfortunately, the modern theory and practice proved otherwise. Competitive advantages for any company are dynamic, constantly changing under the influence of various factors of the environment in which they operate. As the M. Porter competitive advantage must be sought, developed and retained.
